Cancellation Policy
You must cancel/reschedule 48 hours ahead of your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your service total.
No-shows will be charged 100% of their service total. I have a 10 minute grace period, after which you will be charged the cancellation fee and asked to reschedule.
(Exceptions will be made for emergency circumstances at my discretion)
